Who Am I ?
A Senior Human Resources Executive who has worked on management committees of large
international groups for more than 25 years, I am also an entrepreneur and owner of a 4-star hotel
in Italy. Main sectors of activity: Industry, Services, Retail, Hospitality and Consulting.
Strategist and expert in change management, I have successfully completed various transformation
projects of international scope, both in growth environments and in restructuring contexts. Having
always worked internationally and having lived in different countries, I am particularly sensitive to
the cultural dimension of work environments.
I completed this experience with a coaching training and certification (Master Coach level 2)
I have supported many senior executives and CEOs throughout my career, in their transformation
project, taking up a position, team management and organization or helping them prepare for their
retirement.
Interim Management
With more than 25 years of experience in growth and restructuring environments, I support you for
a one-off mission (from 3 months to 2 years) to help you in your transformation project, or transition
whatever it may be, for the management of a crisis, a reorganization, or in the context of a
merger/acquisition.
My mission can be part-time or full-time.

Coaching Goals
Coaching with a capital “C” is a personal or organizational development approach.
My role will be to support you in the concrete realization of your project or objective, whether
individually or as part of team work.
Together we will highlight the strengths, we will use specific tools to overcome barriers and personal
limits in order to achieve the best of ourselves.
For the manager, it will be helping him/her relying on his/her own resources to better lead or
support his/her teams.
Support also allows you to bounce back after a difficult period, to make informed choices
throughout your professional career or at a particular turning point or simply to prepare for
retirement with complete peace of mind.
Tailor-made coaching with a structured approach
Certified Master Coach from the International Coaching Institute of Geneva, ICF member, I rely on specific tools and a structured approach (Transactional Analysis, Hudson, NLP, etc.)
The coaching will be the subject of a contract with a clearly defined objective and will generally be spread over 5 to 10 sessions of 60 minutes each for individual coaching.
For team coaching, the duration and approach will depend on the objective and framework of the mission.
Coaching can be done in your company, remotely, in my office or even for team coaching in the form of a seminar in an exclusive location in Sicily
